What to put in the changing bags for mothers
When you become a mother you can say goodbye to clutches and mini bags: here's what to put in the changing bag when you go out with the baby
What to put in the exchange bag
Do you love minibags and clutches? If you have become a mother you can put these fashionable accessories in the attic and make room in the wardrobe for extra-large, practical bags, full of pockets and with a nice comfortable shoulder strap! When a child arrives, in fact, there are so many things you need when you go out together that you have to think about buying a suitable bag. And one begins to wonder what to put in the exchange bag.
Some bags are called "changing bags" and are often sold together with the stroller or trio as an indispensable accessory. But even if you don't go out with a giant exchange bag, you still have to keep in mind that a lot of things have to fit in a mother's bag.
What to bring in the mothers bag when going out with the baby
Here are the things we believe to be truly indispensable:
 · Diapers: obviously, the right size and certainly more than one.
 · Wet wipes: at home it is preferable to clean the delicate skin of the baby with a sponge and warm water, when you are away from home the wipes are the only useful tool to clean the baby's skin. Better to choose a type based on natural substances
Portable changing mat: sometimes they come with the bag itself, but if you don't have one, bring another towel
 Nappy change cream for newborns
Spare bibs (many if you are in the teething phase)
 · A towel to dry the skin and not leave it wet.
 · Baby bottle with water or a bottle of water; a fruit juice and a snack for older children
 · A complete change: bodysuit and jumpsuit for the newborn; t-shirt, briefs and pants for older children who can sweat after going wild in the park or can pee on themselves before being able to run to the bathroom
 ·paper towels
 · One or two bags for dirty and / or wet changes
 · Pacifier holder for the little ones
If the baby is already weaned and the walk is going to be long, it is a good idea to put a fruit homogenized in your bag, so as to have a snack available
 · If you go for a walk with older children, it is extremely likely that you will have to bring toys, small robots or dolls, toy cars and balls in your bag.
 · If the exit is in the evening, do not forget a pajama to put on the baby before taking the way back: if the little one falls asleep in the car, as soon as you get home he will be ready to go to bed!
It is therefore better to buy capacious and practical bags, which can be worn over the shoulder so as not to overload the shoulders and back and perhaps with pockets. It will probably be a challenge to remember, when looking for something, in which pocket we placed the pacifier or water, but at least we will not risk leaving essential items at home.
How to organize the mothers changing bag
Finally, here are 3 practical tips for organizing the change bag when going out with the baby.
1.The pockets: in each change bag there must be many pockets of all sizes and internal clutches where to put the various objects divided between them (diapers, hygiene products and those for baby food etc ...). The real risk is that the contents of the normal bag are directly transferred to that exchange, so in bulk, and that when we need something it will be a challenge to find it.
 2. Travel size hygiene products: buy mini sizes of nappy changing cream, hand antibacterial, wipes etc .. and leave these fixed products in the bag to go out.
 3. Keep your personal things aside: it is impossible and very impractical to think of going out with two bags, much better, instead, to put your wallet, mobile phone, house keys and other personal items in a clutch that you will insert inside the change bag bigger.
