The electronic cigarette during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Many pregnant women think that the electronic cigarette is an alternative to the traditional one, but this is not the case. Since their release they have been the subject of many beliefs, such as being safer and being a good reason to help stop smoking and to this many pregnant women became convinced that it could be a valid alternative to normal ones. But many experts have advised against it because they too contain nicotine which are still addictive and cause risks to the fetus.

Breastfeeding
A study has shown that this can affect the development of the little one, increasing the risk of having thyroid problems or being overweight or altering his sleep-wake rhythms. Nicotine in turn reduces the supply of milk in nursing mothers, possibly lowering the levels of prolactin, the hormone that stimulates its production. Some studies suggest smoking away from breastfeeding hours so that you have time to dispose of the nicotine, not expose the baby to secondhand smoke and wash your hands after smoking.
