The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. The times may be longer due to the unavailability of the goods but will be communicated by e-mail.

If you prefer cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon delivery of the goods) an additional fee of 10 Euros will be applied to the total order.

The transit time is usually from 1 to 2 working days on the national territory , except Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and disadvantaged zip codes, whose time is from 3 to 5 working days, in any case we cannot be held responsible for any delays depending on the courier.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.

The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to packaging in case of fragile items.
